Josh was an attendee of the United States Military Academy. With over 30 years in the public safety industry, he is an NRA-certified firearms instructor and range safety officer. He owns and operates a private firearms academy and has provided training to families, churches and individuals not familiar with firearms.

Prior to founding Northern Nevada Response, Josh spent 20 years serving with Washoe County Search and Rescue, his last three as a member of the state board.

Denis has nearly 45 years of experience in the public safety industry, with a focus on executive and residential protection.

A former government services contractor, Denis has traveled the world over providing security and logistical support in global hotspots, including active warzones. Within the private sector, he's also served on armored transport teams, conducted covert surveillance for private intelligence gathering operations, and was part of a rapid response team for one of the largest geothermal processing plants on the West Coast.

Prior to founding Northern Nevada Response, Denis was an armed patrol officer for the City of Reno as part of the city-wide security program, where he worked with local law enforcement to protect public property and facilitate homeless outreach.
